Shotgun Chest Rig (54 rounds)
This Chest rig is 16" long & 7" tall, the entire length of the rig is one large document pouch which is loop velcro lined so you can add extra hook backed gear/ammo cards & pouches to the inside, some people even use our velcro backed holster and run a pistol in the document pouch. The outside has 3 fold open pouches which each hold 18, 12 guage shotgun shells. 6 Shells are on the outside of the closed pouch, the other 12 are inside on 2 removable hook & loop shotshell cards. There is also a 4x6 tear off gear pouch located on one end depending on if you choose right or left handed orientation. The tear away pouch can be set up and used for all different types of gear like a small IFAK, multi tool, shotgun chokes, door stops, or whatever extra gear you might need for the task at hand.
Having removable velcro backed shotshell cards inside the pouches allows you to use them as side saddles shell holders on your shotgun by adding a piece of loop velcro to the side of your guns action or stock. In my opinion this is a much better way to carry shells on your gun instead of a plastic side saddle because you can just tear off an empty card and stick on a full one instead of reloading the side saddle one shell at a time.
This Rig was originally a custom order from some guys in Germany, they asked if we could make them our Shotgun Rig but add another 18 shell pouch to it so it would hold a total of 54 shells, of course we said hell yea because adding more ammo is always fun to do. While those were being made some clients came into our shop to pick up some gear, they happend to notice the new 54 Shell Shotgun Rig and asked if they could also order a couple for themselves. Once we noticed that people would want them and this wasnt just a custom item a few guys across the work wanted we decided to add them to the website for everyone to enjoy.
BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING CAMO PATTERNS THAT WEBBING MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO MATCH THE PATTERN YOU CHOOSE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT IF YOU ADD A PADDED HARNESS. We will use the closest solid color webbing on the harness in these cases. Before you choose a pattern please double check with us for availablility.
Choose If you are right or left handed in the options. Right hand will have the ammo pouches on the left side of the rig and left hand will be opposite.

We make all of our gear custom to order. Occasionally we have extra stock of certain items, but in most circumstances, gear is made to order with your specifications. To ensure the quality of the gear you are getting is the best possible, our wait time is between 8-12 weeks for all items. One exception is certain items that have no ETA, and may take longer due to the nature of the item or availability of materials. In most cases items will be shipped quickly, the 8-12 weeks is the absolute longest wait time experienced and not the normal shipping time.
We expedite orders for active duty Military and Law Enforcement, which is another reason why our wait times are a bit longer. We appreciate all our customers equally, but we all have to make sacrifices for the people who sacrifice so much for us.

If there is an issue with the gear you have received we will replace or repair at our discretion. Items that are damaged because of unrealistic use, or use other then the product is intended for will not fall under our warranty.
